dropped one, found another one.

As strange as it may sound, "I thought I was right when I knew I was wrong".
So I corrected it, and know I think I am right knowing that I'm not wrong.
Confusing? Well try to see it from my perspective.....
I have had a fun few nights, gave my converter away too a friend on visit. So I've been without computer, which have actually been real nice, since I've had a packed schedule.

Saturday: Bday Party + Kiss n' Fly (which for once played extremely good music)
Sunday: Sushi + Cinema (Blind Side, very nice movie about Michael Oher the NFL player) then drinks
Monday: Lunch @ Katz Delicatessen, some strolling in SoHo, Newcastle game @ Nevada Smiths, Rangers game in MSG, good bye drinks for a friend @ brass monkey, and a final drink @ lit. Ok I had a 4am sandwich @ Veselka as well.....

Today I've been working, tmrw I'm working as well but I've heard that tmrw is like the biggest day of the year to go out, so I'm assuming I'll join the rest of NYC for that.

LIKE IT!

I'm happy that I'm having conversation with a like-minded person again.
Don't you ever dare to ignore me for that long again :)

Listening to Marcus Krunegård at repeat for the moment, brilliant and lovely to listen to my language for a change.

I decided to sleep early tonight, yet I am still awake.
Contemplating if I should leave my bed to once again crawl out to my so called balcony.
To enjoy the not so quiet night while inhaling something that should have been put away a long time ago.
With Ms. Newsom in my headphones, I am very relaxed.
I am happy, happy to be here, happy to know that things turned out well.
Happy not to feel that I have to feel.
Happy that I have a lot of people accepting me, for whom I am and for what I do.

Thank you.

jag bara tänkte, liksom, att.

how insane one man can be...

...and still be in power...

"The best way to avoid war is preparing for it," he told military officers during his weekly television and radio programme. via Sky.com

Water is to be cut off in Caracas for up to 48 hours a week from Monday, possibly lasting until next May or June. Power rationing is also starting this week, aiming to reduce national useage by 20 per cent.

Government critics say that, despite Venezuela being flooded by oil wealth in recent years as energy prices rose, persistent under-investment in maintaining and expanding water and electricity networks lies at the root of the problem. They also point to chronic mismanagement, poor planning and even corruption. Furthermore, frozen tariffs have provided no incentive to conserve water or electricity.

Few Venezuelans miss the irony that water and power shortages are occurring in a country that Mr Chávez often boasts has larger oil reserves than Saudi Arabia, as well as one of the biggest river systems in South America, which has been harnessed to build the third-largest hydroelectric dam in the world. via FT.com

The irony continues.

need's a new place to crash.

TriBeCa, bordering Soho and Lower Manhattan, is actually an acronymn for "Triangle Below Canal" - TriBeCa. Since the 1970's, Tribeca has been experiencing a renaissance, as artists, retailers and even families have made themselves at home in the neighborhood's large warehouse buildings and lofts. With cobblestone streets, interesting warehouse buildings, and many cafes the neighborhood is a great one for wandering.
